Mental Health Services
Psychiatric Evaluation A comprehensive, integrative assessment where we explore your symptoms, history, stress patterns, and overall wellbeing to get a clear understanding of what’s driving your concerns. Together, we create a personalized roadmap that feels aligned, intentional, and supportive.

Psychiatric Care & Medication Management High-touch, modern psychiatric care that pairs evidence-based medication management with a functional, nervous-system-focused approach. We work collaboratively to select and fine-tune medications, stabilize mood, and support clarity, focus, and emotional balance.

Ongoing Care You have the option to combine medication management and therapy in longer, integrated appointments, or schedule medication-management-only sessions if that’s a better fit. If new concerns arise, we can increase the frequency of your visits. If you’re stable and doing well, we can comfortably space sessions out. The goal is consistent, flexible care that supports your wellbeing over the long term.

Tailored ADHD Testing
ADHD looks different for everyone and it often shows up very differently in women than in men.
Women tend to experience the internal version: overwhelm, mental fatigue, emotional reactivity, perfectionism, and burnout that often gets mistaken for anxiety. Men are more likely to show the classic external symptoms: restlessness, impulsivity, and distractibility. Both are valid patterns, and both need a treatment plan that actually matches how their brain works.
There isn’t just one ADHD medication. There are many options, and each supports a different part of the ADHD profile.
If your main struggle is low energy, low drive, or trouble getting started, there are medications designed to support the energy-regulation side of ADHD.
If your challenge is more executive function (planning, organizing, remembering things, and following through) we can choose medications that focus on those circuits instead.

Psychotherapy
Instead of treating symptoms in isolation, functional lab testing uncovers why you feel the way you do.
